Job Description - Project Management Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project/ticket tracking data across teams.
Monitor task deadlines and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
Prepare and maintain audit -ready documentation, reports, and trackers.
Support project managers in status reporting, MIS preparation, and meeting coordination.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance -related record keeping.
Assist in process improvement and documentation activities.

Requirements

Eligibility:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail -oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Interest in technology, operations, and compliance processes.

Stipend: As per company policy.
