Job Description - Sales & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and results -driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our robotics equipment to customers through various channels, including direct sales, eCommerce. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with customers and driving sales through personalized service and expertise.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Engages with customers directly, either in -person, over the phone, or online.
  • Provides information about products, answers customer questions, and persuades customers to make a purchase.
  • Follows up with leads, closes deals, and sometimes handles post -sale customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers in person, via video calls, or on -site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering post -sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in driving traffic and sales on our eCommerce platform by managing online inquiries and processing orders.
  • Maintain an understanding of eCommerce trends, customer preferences, and product features to provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure that product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up -to -date on the platform.



  • Requirements

    Pursuing or Completed a Degree: Ideally in Business, Marketing, Technical & Communications, or a related field. 

    Sales & Marketing interns must collaborate with the sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve sales goals.

    Efficiently managing tasks, deadlines, and follow -ups, while handling administrative and sales -related responsibilities.

    Office Timing: - 10.AM To 5.PM [Monday To Friday]
    Location : - Bhusawal HQ
