Sales Development Representative

   1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and solutions.
  




• Identify and qualify leads by understanding client requirements.
  




• Pitch our products/services effectively and set up meetings for senior team members.
  




• Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain engagement.
  

    2. Field Visits & Client Interaction

• Visit client locations for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  




• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  




• Collect client feedback and share insights with the internal sales team.
  




• Assist in negotiations and contribute to closing deals under supervision.
  

     3. Sales Support & Coordination

• Update lead status and maintain records in CRM or Excel sheets.
  




• Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and field visits.
  




• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign execution.
  




• Support sales events, seminars, or exhibitions when required.
  

• Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  




• Freshers are passionate about building a career in sales and client engagement.
  




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  




• Confident in speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
  




• Comfortable with travel and on-field meetings.
  




• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B sales.
  




• Exposure to real client interactions and business development processes.
