Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern – HR Solutions

nHRMS is looking for energetic and communication -driven individuals to join our Growth Team as SDR Interns. This role offers hands -on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client conversations, and HRTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute outbound campaigns through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Engage with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Owners
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
• Conduct introductory discussions and identify client needs
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities
• Research target companies and identify business opportunities
• Support client engagement and relationship -building initiatives
Eligibility
• Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches
• B.Com preferred
• BBA, BA, BBM, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines are welcome to apply
• Prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Servicing, or Customer -Facing roles is an advantage
Skills Required
â Excellent communication skills (English + Regional Language)
â Confidence in speaking with professionals and business leaders
â Strong listening and relationship -building skills
â Positive attitude and willingness to learn
â Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools
