Job Description - Sales Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our Sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with business development activities. This internship provides hands -on experience in sales operations, client communication, and market research.



Key Responsibilities

· Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

· Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.

· Support lead generation activities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.

· Schedule meetings and follow -ups with prospective clients.

· Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

· Assist in customer relationship management and client communication.

· Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

· Perform other sales -related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.




Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

· Self -motivated, result -oriented, and eager to learn.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
