Sales - Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our EPT (English Proficiency Test) Department. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and student counselling. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining IELTS/PTE courses, and assisting in converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  
• Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency courses.
  
• Assist in counselling students and recommending suitable courses based on their requirements.
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
  
• Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/system.
  
• Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for student enrollment and onboarding.
  
• Work towards assigned sales and admission goals.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Freshers are welcome
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  
• Interest in sales, counselling, and customer interaction.
  
• Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective students.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
  
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
