Sales Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team. The intern will gain practical exposure to B2B sales, SaaS sales, lead generation, prospect communication, CRM management, and the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential customers.
  
• Support lead generation through various channels.
  
• Assist with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain communication.
  
• Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
  
• Assist in scheduling product demos and discovery calls.
  
• Update and maintain lead and prospect information in CRM.
  
• Track sales activities and follow-ups.
  
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team reviews.
  
• Learn about Zoho applications and how they solve business problems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective customers.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and CRM tools.
  
• Willingness to learn B2B/SaaS sales.
