Job Description - Sales Trainee


Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate sales? Do you aspire to be part of a dynamic team in a thriving real estate development company? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Executive Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the real estate sales industry while working alongside experienced professionals. This position serves as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in real estate sales.

KMV Spaces is a young and dynamic organization that aims to revolutionize the way spaces are built in India. Founded in 2016, the team is passionate and creative, working to develop notable spaces across India. KMV Spaces is a subsidiary of KMV Group led by Prudhvi Ram K. The company established its highly credited name with its luxury project KMV Vivaan, which introduced spacious and futuristic living to Vijayawada in 2016. The company operates from both Hyderabad and Vijayawada.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide property information. Collaborate with clients throughout the buying process.

  • Property Presentation: Assist in property showings and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our developments.

  • Documentation: Learn to prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and project goals.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience for clients.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies
