Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Snaphomz, a fast -growing real estate technology platform revolutionizing how properties are showcased. As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in transforming property listings into compelling, high -impact visual stories that captivate potential buyers and renters. Your work will directly influence user engagement, brand perception, and conversion rates across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a fresher with a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong foundation in video editing tools. You’ll collaborate closely with content creators, marketing teams, and real estate professionals to deliver polished, professional videos that highlight the unique features of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high -quality promotional videos for real estate listings, including property walkthroughs, virtual tours, and marketing campaigns.
Enhance raw footage with professional -grade color grading, audio balancing, transitions, and visual effects to ensure cinematic quality.
Collaborate with content creators and real estate agents to understand property highlights and align video narratives with target audience preferences.
Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) with appropriate formats, aspect ratios, and file sizes.
Maintain and organize a centralized video library with consistent naming conventions, metadata, and version control.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, visual storytelling, and real estate marketing to continuously improve content quality.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and technical precision.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating skill).
Proficiency in industry -standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Basic understanding of color theory, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment.
Portfolio showcasing at least 3–5 completed video projects (can include academic or personal work).
Familiarity with real estate content trends and visual presentation standards is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools, workflows, and creative direction.
