Job Title: CRM & Automation Intern (Zoho Implementation)

Location & Work Structure

• Initial Phase (10–15 days): Mandatory on -site training at Sanpada
  

• Post Training: Hybrid model
  

  • 3 days/week – Work from Office (Sanpada)
    

  • 3 days/week – Remote
    

Preference: Candidates residing in or around Sanpada / Navi Mumbai

Role Objective (Why this role exists)

This internship is designed to provide hands -on exposure to CRM implementation, workflow automation, and business process digitization using Zoho tools.

Interns will work on live projects, contributing directly to improving operational efficiency and system -driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimization of Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
  

• Configure workflows, automation rules, triggers, and process flows
  

• Design and develop HTML email templates for professional communication
  

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data
  

• Assist in translating business requirements into system workflows
  

• Provide basic technical support for internal users
  

• Prepare clear, structured, and detailed documentation for all work done
  

Expected Outcomes (What you will achieve in 3 months)

By the end of the internship, you should be able to:

• Configure basic to intermediate CRM workflows independently
  

• Deliver 3–5 functional automation processes
  

• Create professional HTML email templates
  

• Develop clear and structured documentation for implemented processes
  

• Understand real -world usage of CRM in sales and recruitment workflows
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated on:

• Number of automation workflows successfully implemented
  

• Quality and completeness of documentation
  

• Accuracy and consistency in CRM data management
  

• Quality of HTML templates delivered
  

• Task completion timelines and responsiveness
  

• Understanding and execution of business requirements
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Students currently pursuing:
  

  • BCA
    

  • B.Tech
    

  • MCA
    

• Must be available for a minimum 3 -month commitment
  

• Strong interest in technology, CRM systems, and automation
  

Infrastructure Requirements (Mandatory)

• Must have a personal laptop
  

• Must have a dedicated WiFi/internet connection at home
  

• Should be equipped to work remotely in a disciplined environment
  

Work Timings

• 4 hours per day (Part -time)
  

• Flexible schedule aligned with college timings
  

• Expected to maintain consistency and availability as per team coordination
