Job Description - Software Support Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Software Support Trainee to assist in Zoho software implementation and Odoo website designing. This role is ideal for freshers or entry -level candidates who want to gain hands -on experience in business software solutions, CRM implementation, and website development.

Zoho Implementation:

Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho tools.
Support clients in integrating Zoho applications with third -party tools.
Work on automating workflows and business processes within Zoho.
Provide basic training and support to end -users.
Odoo Website Designing:
Assist in designing and customizing Odoo websites based on client requirements.
Work with Odoo themes, modules, and page builders to create engaging user interfaces.
Support in maintaining and optimizing Odoo -based websites.
Assist in implementing structured data (SEO -friendly designs).

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.) or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Odoo website development or an interest in web design.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem -solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills for client interaction.
