Job Description - Solvl Consulting - Social Media Marketing

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Intern, with the potential to transition into a full -time Social Media Marketer role based on performance and business needs. This opportunity begins with a one -month internship, during which the candidate will receive a stipend of ₹15,000. The internship offers hands -on experience in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. High -performing interns will be considered for a full -time position with a CTC of ₹3.5–4 LPA, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and rewarding excellence. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing, gain real -world experience, and contribute to a dynamic, growth -oriented team.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging, platform -specific content (copy, graphics, videos) for social media channels.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report insights.
Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Support campaign execution and track KPIs to measure success.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok).
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast -paced environments.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally.
Availability for a one -month internship with the potential to transition to a full -time role.
