Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our day -to -day supply chain and operational activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, logistics, and process optimization.

• Assist in procurement and supply chain operations
  
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and follow -ups
  
• Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and operational documentation  
  
• Support inventory tracking and stock management activities
  
• Assist in logistics coordination and shipment tracking
  
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data analysis reports
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth business operations
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
  

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• BBA, B. Com, MBA (Operations), MBA (Supply Chain), Supply Chain Management students, or fresh graduates
