Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/Management Trainee Sourcing & Procurement Tail Spend/Tactical Buyer
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in category taxonomy building and analysis.
- Spend data cleansing and making it meaningful for designing sourcing strategy.
- Identifying catalogue opportunities.
- Looking forward for supplier rationalization opportunities based on historical spend.
- Collect clean and analyze procurement data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KP Is) related to procurement and sourcing.
- Proactively identifing trends patterns and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvements.
- Perform CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis).
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven procurement strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Track the tail spend by market and spend managed by Buying Desk
- Track and report savings KP Is and other performance indicators\
- Obtain approval from Client Category Manager on Finalized Supplier
- Spot/Tactical Buyer Procures goods and services obtains quotation develops proposals and/or negotiates contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements.
- Review the Purchase Requisition and liaison with business stakeholder to understand the business requirements identify appropriate supply base to provide the Service / Goods
