Talent Acquisition Associate (Contract / Intern)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our hiring efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage candidate screening and interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping the organization identify high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications against role requirements.
  




• Conduct initial telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
  




• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role fit.
  




• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  




• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
  




• Provide timely feedback and status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  




• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  




• Support recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition activities as required.
  

Contract may extended based on business requirements and candidate performance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in any discipline. HR specialization preferred.
  




• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related fields.
  




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  




• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  




• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  




• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
