Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE, you will support the HR team in executing bulk hiring for Sales and other critical roles. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while building skills in stakeholder management, communication, and data handling. It is ideal for someone eager to pursue recruitment as a career and comfortable with high-volume calling in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in bulk recruitment by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Sales and other roles.
  

• Conduct high-volume telephonic screenings daily.
  

• Support HR interviews, candidate shortlisting, and documentation.
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
  

• Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/Excel or ATS and prepare weekly hiring reports.
  

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by sharing timely updates and feedback.
  

• Manage repetitive tasks with patience and attention to detail.
  

Who You Are

Must-Have:

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business).
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Comfortable with high-volume calling.
  

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  

Should Have:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  

• Ability to stay resilient, patient, and motivated to meet hiring targets.
  

Nice to Have:

• Prior internship or experience in recruitment/HR operations.
  

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
