Role Overview:
As a Sourcing Intern, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization. You will gain exposure to the full recruitment process and develop valuable skills in sourcing, candidate screening, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles across different departments.

  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other online platforms.

  • Assist in screening resumes and pre-screening candidates for initial qualifications.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

  • Engage with potential candidates through emails, phone calls, or social media.

  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to hiring processes.

  • Help in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting sourcing metrics.


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable using online tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media for research.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
