• Learn and develop deep expertise in ZBrain's platform capabilities, AI agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AI use cases, business processes, and agentic workflows.
  

• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, workflow specifications, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  

• Design, build, and optimize AI workflows within ZBrain by applying prompt engineering, context engineering, and iterative AI development best practices.
  

• Work closely with software engineers to define APIs, integrations, data requirements, and implementation approaches for AI solutions.
  

• Test, validate, and refine AI agents and workflows by evaluating outputs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving solution quality.
  

• Prepare solution documentation, presentations, prototypes, and product demonstrations for both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
  

• Participate in planning, sprint execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities to ensure high -quality and timely delivery of AI solutions.
  

• Stay current with advancements in generative AI models, agentic AI frameworks, developer tools, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  

• Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Essential Skills

Job

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem -solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and AI concepts.
  
• Foundational knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic workflows, and iterative AI development.
  
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms for research, workflow design, and solution development.
  
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, and basic programming concepts..
  
• Basic understanding of system integrations, REST APIs, JSON, and data exchange concepts.
