About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee / Intern - Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support organization at Automation Anywhere. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in technical or application support. You will assist in providing high-quality support to our customers, learning to troubleshoot issues related to our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Agentic platform.

This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise software support and an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical support for Automation Anywhere products, including A360, Bot Agent, and Control Room.

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot basic application and configuration issues under supervision.

Review logs and automation workflows to identify common issues and escalate as needed.

Respond to customer queries via ticketing systems and live chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.

Document common issues and solutions in the knowledge base.

Participate in training sessions to build technical and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent coursework).

0–12 months of experience in technical support or software troubleshooting (internship or project experience acceptable).

Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.

Familiarity with databases (SQL basics preferred).

Awareness of APIs, networking, and cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
