  • Implementing the principles of sustainability at the roots of the chemical design.

Individual Line physio. score 100 %

Responsibility for Quality Assurance from the stage of raw material to finished product, Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practice.

Individual Sensory result score 100%.

Safety and upkeep of the assets of the organization

 Line score 100%.

Update/Use SAP MM module and M&W, Proactively plan and execute Maintenance Schedules in QC

Line Code & Net Content Score 100%.

Lead and Manage Projects to ensure that business objectives are delivered

 

QAS audit Score 98.

Ensure IQA facility and Standards as per Plan

Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water, Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water conservation recovery system

Internal System Assessments 100%.

Internal Quality System should be assessment as per guidelines by Pepsi Co.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality assurance from raw material receipt to finished product, maintaining standards and best practices.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and maintain line physio scores at 100%.
  • Maintain safety and upkeep of plant assets.
  • Update and use SAP MM module; plan and execute QC maintenance schedules.
  • Lead and manage projects to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure IQA facility standards as per plan.
  • Monitor and maintain water quality within the water‑conservation recovery system.
  • Perform internal quality system assessments per PepsiCo guidelines.
  • Participate in QAS audits and achieve target scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, adhering to matrix reporting.


Qualifications
  • M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institute.
  • 0-1 years of experience, preferably in food/beverage quality.
  • Good knowledge of food quality standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a matrix‑structured organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM and M&W modules.
  • Strong analytical and experimental skills linking theory to practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Functional expertise in team collaboration within inter‑dependent environments.
  • Commitment to sustainability principles in chemical design.
