Job Description - VBS - HR Intern/HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing , screening and calling to candidates, scheduling interviews and complete follow up until candidate joins.

Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for recruitment activities , Managing entire recruitment life cycle.

Coordination with external clients - Organize, compile & update documentation.

Manage and update HR Recruitment database.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduation or Post Graduation.

Excellent organization, writing, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy.

Proficiency MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and online recruiting technology tools.
