Summary:

The Graphic Designer at What Works is a key contributor to the development and execution of visually compelling brand experiences that align with client objectives and marketing strategies. Based in Hyderabad and working on -site, this role focuses on creating high -impact visual content across digital and print platforms. By designing logos, brand assets, social media graphics, and marketing collateral, the designer ensures a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence. Collaboration with cross -functional teams is central to this role, which plays a critical part in translating creative concepts into effective visual narratives that drive audience engagement and support broader business goals.

Responsibilities:

Create high -quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
Develop and refine logos, brand guidelines, and other foundational branding assets
Apply advanced typographic principles to strengthen visual communication and brand identity
Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure design aligns with campaign objectives
Uphold brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign performance

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, logo creation, and brand development
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and design innovation
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management capabilities
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast -paced, team -oriented environments
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
