Social Care Worker – Residential Services (Maternity Cover)

Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Support individuals in developing daily living skills and achieving personal development goals.

Work collaboratively as part of a professional residential care team.

Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and the organisation’s values and policies.

CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).

QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration.

Full, clean manual driving licence (essential).

Experience working in disability services and/or residential care settings.

A good working knowledge of HIQA Standards.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
