Atomic is a specialist B2B agency offering creative and strategic go-to-market solutions to global clients like Salesforce, Slack, GoTo, Stripe and Docusign. Our teams are based in Ireland and the UK and we are expanding our capabilities for EMEA clients, including this Account Manager role.

As a key member of our Client Services (CS) team and reporting to the Account Lead you will be responsible for supporting multiple projects simultaneously - which requires you to be adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.  

Your previous client services experience (ideally agency) will enable you to build and grow excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues and support all on the ground elements of your client projects.  

Your ability to collaborate will ensure success when working with our experienced creative marketers.  

Your love of detail will allow you to bring a highly structured approach to clients as you track projects and manage large budgets for multiple stakeholders, while your commercial awareness will allow you to identify if projects are going to go over budget. 

Communication skills are really important in this role as you ensure that your clients are fully aware of their project's status and you work alongside other members of your team on workflow.
