YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department

Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies

Monitor and analyse department work to develop efficient processes

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports and payment requests

Manage vendor relationships

Prepare and review accounts payable reports

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes

Lead, mentor and develop the accounts payable team

Ensure compliance with internal controls

Assist with month end closing and financial audits when required

What Were Looking for

Proven track record in accounts payable or similar financial role

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently

Strong communication skills
