Job Description - Administrator

Administrator



PFH Technology are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team.



Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in Microsoft office 365. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Office 365 applications, and internal systems to manage communications, reporting, and data entry tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and monitor shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Generate and maintain Excel reports with a high level of accuracy.

  • Perform general administrative duties including document management and scheduling.

  • Work with internal databases and ERP systems to input, update, and retrieve data.

  • Collaborate with team members across departments using Microsoft Teams.

  • Support internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



Candidate Profile



  • Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook and Excel.

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.

  • Experience with Office 365 applications in a professional setting.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Experience working with internal databases and ERP systems is desirable.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes.
