Essentials: Degree in Town Planning, Development or similar; 1+ years’ professional experience; Strong research, analytical, and communication skills; keen interest in Irish planning policy and development frameworks
Location: South Dublin (office-based)
Salary: €42,000 – €47,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

Planning Support

• Assist with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.


• Support colleagues in conducting research, policy reviews, and site assessments.

Project Delivery

• Contribute to project coordination across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.


• Assist in liaising with local authorities and design teams.

Professional Development
