Assocate Director

Elevate partners are currently working with a growing
Irish debt advisory and corporate finance boutique who are currently looking to hire an
Associate Director. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial,
well-networked in the Irish market, and capable of leading client engagements
and delivering tailored funding solutions. A selection of job responsibilities highlighted below. 

• Originate new mandates and develop strong client relationships
  
• Advise on capital structures and funding options
  
• Lead transaction execution from start to finish
  
• Build financial models and prepare marketing/documentation
  materials
  
• Negotiate with lenders and capital providers
  
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and market presence
  

Requirements

• ACA or CFA qualified​
  
• 7-10 yrs in debt advisory, corporate finance, private credit, or
  banking
  
• Strong origination track record and network in the Irish market
  
• In-depth knowledge of debt products (growth, M&A, working
  capital, refinancing)
  
• Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills
  
• Proactive, commercially driven, and team oriented
  
• Experience with Irish SMEs and various lender types
