Job Description - Associate Director - Commercial Property Valuations

Role: Associate Director - Valuations
Client: Leading Independent Property Consultancy
Essentials: 5+ years of Commercial Property Valuations experience; MRICS/MSCSI Chartered Valuations Surveyor; experience with Argus Enterprise or similar
Location: Central Dublin
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000
Package: 25 days annual leave; company pension; healthcare contribution; paid subscriptions; hybrid working; CPD allowance; life assurance & income protection
Progression: Next step up to Divisional Director
Reporting to: Head of Valuation & Advisory

You will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the Valuation & Advisory team, delivering high-quality valuation advice, and contributing to the continued success and market-leading reputation of the organisation.

Undertake commercial property and land valuations across various asset classes.

Conduct property inspections and provide expert valuation advice.

Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.

Manage and deliver valuation instructions to the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a network of key market contacts.

Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to win new instructions.
