SimoTech has an exciting opportunity for
an experienced Automation Project Manager to join our team supporting our pharmaceutical
client in Co. Dublin on a major state-of-the-art site expansion project. This
role will focus on planning, coordination, and delivery of critical project
activities across design, construction, commissioning, and operational
readiness for advanced biologics manufacturing.

The Automation Project Manager will lead
medium to large-scale technical projects within the expansion program, ensuring
alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and compliance requirements. The
successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder
management skills in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment.

Key
Responsibilities

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.

·       Minimum
5 years’ experience in project management within pharmaceutical or
biopharmaceutical environments.

·       Proven
ability to manage complex technical projects in GMP-regulated settings.

·       Strong
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Experience
in capital projects, commissioning, and validation readiness.

·       Familiarity
with automation and manufacturing technologies is an advantage.

·       Ability
to work on-site at least 3 days per week in South County Dublin.

·       Independent,
organised, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills
