• Preparing, baking, decorating, and finishing cakes and desserts
  
• Producing Brazilian -style birthday cakes and specialty pastries
  
• Preparing fillings, toppings, doughs, creams, and confectionery products
  
• Designing and decorating custom cakes according to customer requirements
  
• Maintaining consistency and quality standards in all products
  
• Managing ingredient preparation and stock rotationEnsuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen
  
• Following all food safety and HACCP procedures
  
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal products
  
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front -of -house team
  
• Maintaining an organized and efficient workstation
  
• Performing other reasonable duties related to the role as required by management
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Baker
  
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
  
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions
