Position Overview:

• The Bioprocess Material Associate works within a team of
  individuals in support of receiving, sampling, dispensing, material supply and
  shipping of drug substance at the warehouse and dispensing facility.

Requirements

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage pharma warehouse and dispensing activities,
  including goods receipt, RM sampling, dispensing, picking, and shipping.
  
• Distribute materials to Manufacturing, Labs, MS&T,
  and other internal teams.
  
• Operate warehouse/dispensing equipment including
  reach/VNA trucks, pallet trucks, scales, downflow booths, and drum movers.
  
• Use SAP/COMET, MES, and LIMS for inventory, dispensing,
  and sampling activities.
  
• Support GMP compliance, continuous improvement, cost
  reduction, and productivity initiatives.
  
• Review and update warehouse/dispensary SOPs and
  procedures.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Level 6 qualification in a relevant field preferred.
  
• 1+ year pharma warehouse, dispensary, logistics, or
  manufacturing experience.
  
• GMP and warehouse experience essential.
  
• Experience in RM sampling, weighing, and dispensing
  preferred.
  
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  
• Trained in operating reach, counterbalance, VNA,forklift and
  motorised pallet trucks.
  
• Good communication, teamwork, flexibility, and learning
  ability.
  
• Physically capable of lifting(50 pounds), moving, loading, and
  unloading materials.
