Job Description - Building Services Coordinator - 75k - Construction

Role: Building Services Coordinator
Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Essentials: Third Level Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, experience with BIM models
Location: Dublin

Projects: Data-Centre, Hotel New Build, Airport Upgrades
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000
Package: 10% pension contribution, 26 days annual leave, discretionary bonus, company vehicle and more.
Reporting to: Building Services Manager

Are you an experienced Building Services Coordinator looking to make a significant impact on large-scale construction projects? This role offers the chance to work with a leading main contractor known for its progressive approach and long-standing reputation in the industry.

Coordinate all phases of MEP Services from pre-construction to project completion.

Engage fully in planning, construction, testing, commissioning, and verification stages.

Manage the flow of information between the Design Team and Specialist Subcontractors.

Ensure the implementation and monitoring of MEP deliverables and installations.

Chair coordination meetings with all MEP contractors on the project.

Provide regular updates on MEP installation progress and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
