Job Description - Building Surveyor - Commercial Projects

Role: Building Surveyor
Client: Multidisciplinary Global Agency
Essentials: 3+ years of Building Surveying experience; Registered Building Surveyor (ideally chartered), experience overseeing contractors across commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, Full Driver's License & Personal Vehicle
Location: Central Dublin Office
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

Reporting to: Building Consultancy Department Head

An exciting role awaits an experienced Building Surveyor within a dynamic and growing team. The organisation is renowned for its multidisciplinary approach, offering a broad range of consultancy services to a diverse clientele including landlords, tenants, funds, developers, and private clients. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive, flexible working environment.

Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.

Deliver transaction-led surveys, including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.

Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.

Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.

Manage the Dilapidations process for both Landlords and Tenants.

Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of clients.
