The job that is available is a permanent full-time role (working Monday-Friday inclusive) as a Business Operations Manager. This role has arisen from growth within the organisation due to successful development.  You will be based in their headquarters in North Tipperary.

You will be a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager who is capable of overseeing the day-to-day running of the office while coordinating production, installations, logistics and administration across the business.

You are a person who is an experienced Business Operations Manager and you are experienced in managing your work priorities independently.

You are a person who can take real ownership of the day-to-day running of the office and help coordinate the wider business.  This is more than a traditional administration position.

You will be office-based in this role.

The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
• Coordinate closely with production on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate installation, organise schedules and liaise with all stakeholders
• Follow up quotations, raise invoices and ensure timely payment is received
• Produce reports on work in progress, production and outstanding quotations
• Identify problems before they become issues and take responsibility for resolving them
• Improve systems and procedures on an ongoing basis across the business

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:

• A proven track record of working in roles where you were required to take ownership
• Have experience managing operations, or production schedules or logistics where you have had to be organised, work autonomously and produce smooth operations as a result of your input and direction
• Be comfortable in managing multiple priorities throughout each day and ensuring adequate priority is given to the correct item each time
• Be able to work independently and be a good problem solver
• Proficient in MS Office and/or other systems
