This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to join a growing business at the launch of a new site. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

The Role

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process
  
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
  
• Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Presenting finance, insurance, and additional product options
  
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
  
• Achieving and exceeding vehicle sales and profitability targets
  
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activities
  
• Ensuring a professional and compliant sales process at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
  
• A proven track record in a retail, sales, or customer-focused environment
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• A motivated and target-driven approach
  
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
  
• High levels of professionalism and customer care
  
• Full Irish or EU driving licence
  
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
