Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:
• No previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:
• 10 hour shift

Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Please come in office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
We are located at 1813 Rice Ave. Dublin, GA 31021!
**Be sure to bring in 2 forms of ID in which are in compliance with the I-9 processes.
