Qualifications: Minimum Level 6 required

About the Role

We are recruiting for a well‑established early years centre in North Dublin that is seeking two full‑time Early Years Educators or Room Leaders, depending on experience and qualifications.

Room Leader applicants must have previous experience working in Ireland and ideally already be living nearby.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Experience working in an early years setting 
• Strong understanding of Aistear
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, independence, and development

Hours

The weekly schedule is 30 hours, based on a consistent daytime shift.

• A curriculum guided by children's interests and aligned with Aistear
• A learning environment for children aged 2 to 5 years
• A wide variety of educational and play materials: jigsaws, arts & crafts, construction play, sand & water play, role play, dress‑up, story time, musical instruments, and more
