Are you a utility-sector construction leader ready to take ownership of civil delivery across renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects?

I'm partnering with a leading Irish utility contractor, specialising in the construction and maintenance of electrical and telecoms infrastructure, on a key hire within their Engineering Operations team. Continued growth and repeat client wins are driving this appointment.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading safe, on-time and cost-effective civil works across renewables and energy infrastructure


• Owning programmes, critical path, resourcing and project reporting across multiple sites


• Championing a strong HSEQ culture, leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement


•  Leading and developing Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and site teams


•  Managing budgets, subcontractors, variations, claims and commercial performance


• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and regulators

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years in a utility environment, with a clear track record of successful delivery


• Degree or recognised trade qualification


• Strong commercial awareness and solid planning and programme management


• Proven leadership and team-building skills


• Full Irish driving licence, Safe Pass and Manual Handling


• IOSH Managing Safely (preferable)
