Clinical Nurse Manager

Play a central role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality nursing care.

Lead the nursing team in delivering person-centered care to residents.

Ensure residents’ hygiene and personal care needs are met to the highest standards, maintaining dignity always.

Provide palliative care and emotional support to residents and their families.

Act as the Director of Nursing in their absence or during emergencies.

Plan and allocate nursing teams, ensuring an appropriate skill mix and staffing levels for effective care delivery.

Organize off-duty rotas, holiday schedules, and leave plans to maintain workforce balance and service continuity.

Collaborate with senior management in budget preparation, implementation, and evaluation within agreed limits.

Monitor and manage resources, ensuring proper use of supplies and equipment.

Lead by example with a strong team ethos, fostering a positive and motivational environment.

Coach, guide, and support nursing and care staff, promoting professional growth and team satisfaction.
