Clinical Nurse Manager 2

• Support the Director of Nursing in the clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home.
  




• Provide hands-on nursing care alongside leadership responsibilities.
  




• Ensure residents receive holistic, person-centred care.
  




• Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.
  




• Support the delivery of high-quality resident care in line with the nursing home’s philosophy and standards.
  




• Promote and maintain infection prevention and control practices.
  




• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Nursing qualification.
  




• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  




• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CNM role within an Irish nursing home setting.
  




• QQI Level 6 qualification in Leadership or equivalent.
  




• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
  




• Legally permitted to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
  




• Previous experience in care of the elderly.
  




• Management qualification.
  




• Strong IT skills.
  




• EEA citizenship or existing permission to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
  

Benefits
