We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 3- Cardiology Services for our Hospital client in Dublin.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cardiology Services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
Lead, manage, and support nursing and multidisciplinary teams within the cardiology department.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of cardiology services to ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Promote excellence in patient care across all cardiology specialties, including inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, and interventional services.
Manage staffing resources, workforce planning, rostering, and performance management within the department.
Monitor and maintain quality assurance, risk management, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
Collaborate with cardiologists, senior management, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance cardiology services.
Lead service improvement projects, audits, and evidence-based practice initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure efficient utilisation of resources, budgets, equipment, and clinical supplies.
Support staff development through education, mentorship, clinical supervision, and performance reviews.
Participate in policy development, strategic planning, and organisational change management.
Manage patient flow and ensure effective coordination of care across the cardiology service.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
Act as a clinical expert and resource for nursing staff, patients, and families within the cardiology specialty.
Foster a culture of care, compassion, professionalism, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
Registered on the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum of 5 years' post-registration nursing experience, preferably within a Cardiology Unit, Coronary Care Unit (CCU), or Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.
At least 2 years' management or leadership experience in a cardiology-related clinical setting.
Completion of a recognised management training programme with demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Proven clinical competence, professional credibility, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong IT proficiency and experience using relevant healthcare information systems and applications.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards, quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management processes, including incident investigation and reporting.
Desirable: Degree-level qualification (or higher) in a relevant specialty, ACLS certification, evidence of ongoing professional development, and the ability to lead service development, implement change, and improve nursing practice.
