Corporate Finance Associate

• Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients
  
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  
• Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side
  
• Financial analysis related to transactions
  
• Getting exposure to deal negotiations
  

• Be a recently qualified accountant 
  
• Have a strong academic background
  
• Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions
  
• Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis
  
• Have excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
