The Role 

We are seeking an experienced Data & Power Platform Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Business Analysis, Data Migration and Digital Transformation to join Nucleo's growing consulting practice.  

Working directly with clients across a range of industries, you will help organisations improve business processes, modernise legacy systems, enhance data quality and deliver innovative Power Platform solutions that create measurable business value.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys combining business analysis, data transformation, process improvement, low-code solution delivery and stakeholder engagement to solve complex business challenges 

What You’ll Do: 

• Gather and analyse business, process and data requirements.  

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.  

• Design and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions.  

• Support data migration, data quality and governance initiatives.  

• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.  

• Collaborate with clients, developers and project teams to deliver transformation programmes.  

• Support testing, deployment and user adoption activities.  

• Drive process improvement and business value through data and technology. 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience 

Essential Experience 

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Power Platform Consulting, Data Migration or Digital Transformation  

• Experience delivering Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions  

• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience  

• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications  

• Experience supporting data migration, master data management and data quality initiatives  

• Strong understanding of business process improvement and solution design  

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments  

• Consulting or client-facing professional services experience preferred

Qualifications 

Essential 

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.  

• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, business analysis, data transformation or Power Platform projects 

Desirable 

• Power BI development and reporting.  

• Microsoft Fabric.  

• SharePoint Online.  

• Experience within consulting or professional services environments.  

• Experience delivering solutions within large-scale transformation programmes.  

• Exposure to regulated industries including utilities, public sector, infrastructure or financial services.  

• Change management and business adoption experience.
