Deli Assistants - Part & Full-Time

We are currently seeking dedicated Deli Assistants to join our team at SPAR Newport. As a Deli Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our deli department.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli products

• Assist customers with their deli orders and provide recommendations

• Maintain a clean and organized deli counter and work area

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are fresh and well-stocked

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve department goals

• Knowledge of Irish food safety regulations and compliance

• Experience in food handling and preparation

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
