Deli Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join a busy retail environment. This is a hands -on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food or retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day -to -day operations of the fresh food/deli area
  
• Lead, train, and motivate a team
  
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
  
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  
• Monitor performance and drive sales targets
  
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and merchandising
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role (food or retail preferred)
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
  
• Highly organised with a proactive approach
  
• Flexible to work 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
  
• Basic IT skills
