Deli Supervisor - SPAR Ballsbridge

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deli Supervisor to join our busy fresh food department at SPAR Ballsbridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the deli, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety and HACCP standards, managing stock rotation and waste, and ensuring the department is fully stocked, clean, and presented to company standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a deli, fresh food, or retail supervisory role is preferred.

• The successful candidate must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and have good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Full training on our procedures and standards will be provided.

• Knowledge of BWG/SPAR standards is an advantage but is not essential.
