Job Description - Development Manager

A leading pan‑European real estate investment and development platform is seeking a Development Manager to join its European Development team, focusing on the delivery of industrial and logistics projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of industrial and logistics development and refurbishment projects.
Ensure projects meet budget, programme, and quality objectives.
Manage the full Irish planning process, including engagement with local authoritiesLead technical due diligence on acquisitions.
Appoint and manage design, planning, QS, engineering, and contractor teams.
Support budgeting and cost forecasting with internal investment teams.
Drive ESG innovation and adoption of sustainable technologies.

Experience & Qualifications:

5–7 years’ experience in real estate development, construction project management, or industrial quantity surveying.
Track record delivering complex commercial or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of planning processes, statutory approvals, and construction contracts (GCCC, D&B).
Skilled communicator with experience managing diverse stakeholders and consultants.
Knowledge of feasibility analysis, cost planning, and the full RIBA design development cycle.
