Director - Debt Capital Markets

An established and market -leading financial
services firm in Ireland is seeking an experienced Director to join its DCM team. This is a senior
leadership role responsible for driving origination, execution, and
distribution across corporate and financial institution clients, as well as
developing the strategic direction of the DCM platform. The successful
candidate will work closely with senior management across Corporate Finance,
Fixed Income, and Institutional Sales to deliver innovative funding and capital
markets solutions for clients in Ireland and internationally.

The role:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the firm’s Debt Capital Markets
  activities, including origination, structuring, and execution of
  transactions.
  
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate, institutional, and
  financial institution clients.
  
• Develop strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s DCM capabilities
  and product offering.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams across corporate advisory, fixed
  income sales, and research to deliver integrated client solutions.
  
• Manage and mentor a high -performing team, fostering a culture of
  excellence and client focus.
  
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and funding
  opportunities relevant to Irish and international debt markets.
  

The requirements:

• Significant experience (10+ years) in Debt Capital Markets,
  Investment Banking, or related capital markets roles.
  
• Proven track record in originating and executing debt transactions
  across a range of sectors and instruments.
  
• Strong network of corporate and institutional client relationships.
  
• Deep understanding of fixed income products, market dynamics, and
  regulatory environment.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management
  skills.
  
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and innovation
  within the DCM business.
