Registered General Nurse (RGN) with at least 3 yearsâ experience in the past 6 years in older adult care.
Holds a post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 yearsâ management experience within the health or social care sector.
Registered on the appropriate division of the NMBI live register.
Demonstrated track record in clinical and healthcare management.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Effective decision-making abilities with a results-focused approach.
Solid understanding of financial processes and budget considerations.
Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and work independently.
Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organisational needs.
